Another month of losses. I don’t see it ending anytime soon. Time to get a little more conservative. Avoid debt. Build some cash if you can. The recession will bring about opportunities. House prices are going to come down. Don’t get yourself in a position where you are forced to sell at the lows. Be smart. Be patient.
