As promised, there is now a "Rental" asset. In November, we purchased a duplex that we put some minor rehab into. We already have tenants in both units, and it is cash flowing nicely. So far, in its short existence, it has been a positive experience. We pulled some money from the trading account, but a majority of the down payment was financed with a heloc, thus the small amount of equity currently.
